Obidos amongst dozens of Portuguese Monuments now available to view on Google Street View
As of Today (29/06/2015) dozens of monuments across Portugal are available to view on Google Maps "Streetview" service, including a number on our very own Silver Coast.
The service allows users to "visit" the monuments without even leaving their computer. It even has the ability for the user to "look around" and "walk" in any direction, just as if they were there on Holiday!
Amongst those on the Silver Coast included in the project are Obidos, the Monasteries of Alcobaça and Batalha and even Nazaré beach.
Of course it is not the same as visiting Portugal's Silver Coast on Holiday yourself but it's sure to whet your appetite. Get that Portugal Silver Coast Villa booked so you can come and visit them in person!
