Casa da Praia is situated on the cliff tops with stunning, uninterrupted views over the Atlantic Ocean to the Berlenga Islands yet is only a ten minute drive to the Praia del Rey golf resort. The house even has its own private access to the glorious beach which stretches for miles between Peniche and the Obidos Lagoon. It has been designed to give maximum shelter and to catch the sun. The house is a perfect cliff/top haven for those looking for absolute privacy but access to nearby amenities.
The house has 1 double en suite bedroom, one twin and one single bedroom and two further shower rooms. The living room has leather sofas and a television. There is a newly renovated and equipped kitchen and a large dining area in the conservatory attached to the living room.
The house is accessed by track from the nearest road some 500 metres away.

Location
Casa Da Praia is a ten minute drive away from the renowned Praia Del Rey golf course. It is less than an hours drive from Lisbon and some fifteen minutes drive from the nearest town of Peniche. This is a great place to eat fresh fish cooked over a barbecue down by the quay side. There is a five start Marriott hotel on the golf course along with a club house which is open to the public.
A 20 minute drive along the coast is the resort and fishing port of Baleal and Peniche famous for its fish restaurants. Obidos is also a 20 minute drive away and Caldas Da Rainha is 30 minutes away. This is a great place to wander with a good selection of shops, museums, parks, daily local markets, restaurants and bars.
The natural beauty of the Obidos lagoon is just 15 minutes away by car and just further down the coast the nearest restaurant is a great place to eat fresh fish and watch the Atlantic breakers pound the beach.
