Indeed it also leaves the customer unsure of whether there will even be a villa when he reaches his destination. It has been known for unscrupulous individuals to rent out non-existent villas!

We do not accept properties unless payment is made using secure payment processing systems which retain the villa rental payment until after the client has checked out of the villa.

We ensure the property owner is guaranteed his payment by ensuring the funds are kept in secure escrow services.

No property will be featured by PHD unless we have visited the property, checked it for suitability for holiday rental, verified its safety, and ensured that the owner is cognisant of all licensing and other appropriate regulations.

We will not feature a property unless there is a local and professional property management service contracted to look after the property and the holiday maker during their stay.

Once we have verified that the property meets our high standards we ask our web designers to build a professional web site for you. Our unique anti-spam techniques and back-end server systems ensure that only genuine enquiries will reach your email box.

For this reason our fees for listing your property on Portugal Holiday Destinations reflect these guarantees of excellence of web design, back office, and of the comprehensive nature of the service offered.

Your first year listing on PHD will cost £1500. Thereafter, your listing may be renewed for £500 per year.

Upon signature of suitable contracts we can arrange for the fees to be deducted from rental payments held in escrow.
